Refund Policy
At Vimika, every item is handcrafted in small batches with care and made fresh to order. Because our baked goods are homemade and prepared specifically for each customer, we have the following policy in place:
Orders & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation and ingredient sourcing may have already begun.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order due to:

Damage during delivery
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with details and photos if applicable. We will review each situation individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders require additional time and preparation and are non-refundable once production has started.
Allergies & Ingredients
Our baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and other ingredients may be present. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and informing us of allergy concerns before ordering.
